Staff schedule recurring weekly groups or one-off sessions, then mark attendance as attended, absent, or unmarked from the dashboard roster. Clients can also check in at a kiosk with their ClientID or phone and PIN, with signature capture and a timestamped audit-trail note.
How does COPS protect sensitive client records?
COPS runs on AWS with encryption at rest (AWS KMS) and TLS in transit, role-scoped staff access, and a full staff audit log. The client portal uses MFA login with an email one-time passcode. DeveloApps never shares your client information with other organizations.
Can clients pay program fees online?
Yes. COPS tracks fee types, fee schedules, balances, and transaction history. Clients can pay by card in the client portal and see payment history and printable receipts; staff can also process card, ACH, and PayPal invoice payments.
